As we near the end of 2016, my team and I would like to extend a sincere "thank you" to each one of you we know or have met or had the privilege to work with this past year! With Shea not having a ready supply of homes to sell for most of this past year, it's been a roller coaster ride in our resale market. Everyone said our resales would sell like hot cakes since we were the only game in town and actually they did for the most part. But why so many homes on the market? Well, since resales were the only housing available, people who had been waiting for a good time to sell rushed out and drove inventory up to as many as 35 homes for sale at one time. As my team and I would put a home into escrow, we would put 4 more homes on the market for sale. This happened several times. So yes, it was a good year but a little crazy with some wonderful homes still on our resale market.

This Saturday, December 10th is the highly anticipated release of 11 new homesites in the long-awaited new phase at Trilogy® Monarch Dunes.
Remember, the first release in this new phase nearly sold out in a single day. Don't let your clients miss the opportunity to purchase a home in Trilogy's new vineyard neighborhood.
