Dear Trilogy Friends, Neighbors and Potential Trilogy Buyers,

Does it seem possible that Thanksgiving will be in 23 days?  The time is flying by and this past weekend was no exception here in Trilogy.  Reports in say that at least three of the larger lot releases had four people bidding on the same lots.  Money has been deposited, option and upgrade choices are beginning and the hustle and bustle of new home construction will soon be in full swing again.

A great alternative to new home sales … RESALE homes.  So, how do I decide which is best?  Here’s my pitch:  If you find a resale home you love and don’t feel like you are settling, then resale homes are absolutely the way to go.  Sellers have already paid the expensive lot premiums and for all the options and upgrades.  So as long as you are excited about a resale home purchase, it will be the best value for your dollar.  Additional incentives to buy resale: landscaping is in, window coverings are up and what you see is what you get.

On the other hand, if you really can’t find a resale that you love, then please consider purchasing a lot and building your own home so it is exactly what you want.  My team and I are available to help guide you through the numerous choices and local customs.

Hope to see you over the next couple months as the Holiday’s are upon us and there are some great deals to be had.  Plus, there are so many fun activities happening here in Trilogy over the Holiday’s.

I want to take this time to say “thank you” to all of you we are working with and wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Warmest regards,

Jean
